You can view the current rates above when making a booking. Please note that all prices are subject to change without prior notice in order to remain competitive.
To host an event, the property must first be reserved in its entirety, which includes both vacation rental spaces: White Oak Gathering and Red Rodeo. In addition to the property rental, a venue fee of approximately $2,500 applies.
We host weddings, elopements, and various other events tailored to your needs.
The venue fee grants permission for guests and vendors outside of your vacation rental booking to access the property. It also includes use of the grounds for parking and provides coverage under our event liability insurance. In addition, you are welcome to make use of available event props, such as wine barrels, a wedding arch, and other decorative items.
